Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns for defective or incorrectly shipped items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the issue before shipping anything back.

Natural stone variations in color, inclusions and veining are not considered defects.

Custom and OEM orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Return shipping for buyer’s-remorse cases is paid by the buyer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
